What is Coaching?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.

Individual coaching supports you to achieve goals related to professional and/or personal development and performance improvement while focusing on the whole person. We at SBE focus on coaching the soul(thinking, feeling, choosing) towards forward success. 

A team is two or more people working together to accomplish a common goal. We serve teams by supporting them in alignment with their organizational goals in accordance with their mission. Through our proven coaching methodology(CODE), we coach organizations to rely on each other, identify strengths, maximize their potential, and create membership to accomplish the overall goal or outcome. 

We focus on leadership principles and development. We create a sense of belonging and community that aids in participants' growth and inner preparedness for their various leadership roles.
