We train and develop leaders through our C.O.D.E Coaching Model and our C.O.D.E Leadership Development Curriculum.
Dr. Brown's research has been proven and tested among professional coaches and educators. She has been a guest speaker at national conferences sharing her research.
Dr. Brown created The C.O.D.E Coaching Framework, engaging people and inspiring them to unlock and maximize their potential by helping them find meaning, wholeness, value, and motivation in their thinking, feeling, and choosing. The C.O.D.E Framework improves authentic power, self-awareness, sense of identity, and empowerment. The C.O.D.E coaching framework research includes the integration of ICF Core Competencies.

Our Core Areas For Effective Leadership:
The C.O.D.E coaching model is the foundation for the C.O.D.E leadership development curriculum created to support leaders in their development and to help them strengthen their leadership.
This highly interactive leadership development curriculum provides transformative skills and techniques that will equip individuals to become more effective and efficient in their leadership.
The C.O.D.E Leadership Development Curriculum supports leaders in three areas: self, relational, and organizational leadership. Each pillar of the curriculum consists of hands-on activities and instructional methods comprising communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking strategies creating awareness and development around participants thinking, feeling, and choosing. Also included is an integrated coaching approach using The C.O.D.E coaching model, which helps participants reflect, deepen, and apply what they’re learning in the development experience for lasting and continuous change.
