Dr. Brown created The C.O.D.E Coaching Framework, engaging people and inspiring them to unlock and maximize their potential by helping them find meaning, wholeness, value, and motivation in their thinking, feeling, and choosing. The C.O.D.E Framework improves authentic power, self-awareness, sense of identity, and empowerment. The C.O.D.E coaching framework research includes the integration of ICF Core Competencies.

Self-Leadership: is SOUL leadership; focused on the practice of intentionally influencing one's thinking, feeling, and actions towards your objectives. It's about taking ownership of who you are, what you do, and where you are going.
Relational leadership: focused on cultivating healthy RELATIONSHIPS. Leadership is relational, and a leader's ability to develop positive relationships is imperative to making a difference and coming together to benefit the common good.
Organizational leadership: communicates the organization's mission, ,vision, and strategic plan, that inspires individuals to fulfill their overall goals.
The C.O.D.E coaching model is the foundation for the C.O.D.E Leadership Development Curriculum, supporting individuals in three areas for effective leadership.
